A Pre sale to more than consider…..
I haven’t been interested in a pre sale since 2009 and this development has more than peaked my interest. It’s a mini city being built all by one reputable developer Beedie. Rarely does that happen with this size of development. It’s usually five or six developers all doing their own thing so it doesn’t turn out that great. This is a total of sixteen towers over fifteen years being built. The first two towers are pretty much sold out with the exception of a few units and then some of the higher priced ones like the townhouses. They are currently launching one of the only two six storey wood frame buildings they’ll be doing in the development. I have attached the brochure for it at the bottom here for a little bit of info.
