My fiance and I were introduced to Stephen by a colleague and were absolutely blown away by the experience. We had previously listed our Coquitlam condo in April 2019 with a different agent, had over 30 showings, only one low-ball offer, and ended up pulling the listing. In April 2020, we decided to list our condo again, as our new home was nearing completion. We hired Stephen in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown, and with the state of the market, we were prepared to be patient. Stephen immediately went to work: virtual home staging consultation, professional photography, Matterport (3D tour), and had our unit professionally measured. Choosing the right realtor for purchasing the first sweet home is as difficult as choosing the right home. However, by having all siblings continue dealing with the same realtor, it become clear to me that he is trustworthy, and the continued service was a sign of great stratification of the right purchase. Personally, I have touched this great stratification through the understating that Stephen has showed through his flexibility, further understating on financial budget, my needs and plan, analysing the market in every visit to his office, on the phone, or e-email, showing the difference, and most importantly, GIVING ME the option of choosing, and NOT trying to influence my decision.

Also, most relationships between buyers and realtors end upon the completion of the purchase. However, it is a different case with Stephen as continued communication is still in place and I am being updated with the market.

I sometimes tell my friends that I had a steal deal with Stephen, because I was looking for 2 bedrooms in an average building, with a limited budget, but what I got with the limited and given budget to Stephen, he got me THREE bedrooms, in a newer building and in a central location.
